A Watch for Sailors!, March 12, 2011 By This is a wonderful watch especially for a sailor, and here is why:
1. It has a very effective 10 minutes (or less) countdown timer that can be synchronized with the race committee's signal, and then times the race;
2. It has red night time illumination;
3. It shows barometric pressure, and indicates changing weather by the location of the hands and a histogram display;
4. It has an accurate compass, with declination adjustment, and shows true north both by the rotation of the watch hands and the LCD display;
5. It has a tide function that displays high and low tides, and in between states;
6. It can act as a chronometer and tell you speed per distance.
It is also a beautifully constructed piece of jewelry, sailor or not. It has the touch screen that allows easy choice of functions. It has great details -- red tick marks, while luminescent hour marks and luminescent hour and minute hands,and a colored and concentric circled face. The LCD... Read more

I had to keep the adjustments to a minimum so it's a bit loose, however, I can still get it stay in one spot on my wrist.
It takes a bit of getting used too the touch interface. It seems to work fairly well, but it is not the easiest method of setting things up. I'm sure that in real world situations when it comes to using the touch interface to activate features, it'll be a better experience. Something to be aware of when setting the time for the first time if you've never used one of their touch interface watches.
The blue dial is gorgeous looking and has gottem me some good comments.
Set up is a bit confusing and just for those not aware, the date display is EU style, such that it's of the DD/MM/YY format.
Great Swiss quality for a good price here on Amazon.
